1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, services, and experiences provided by AlUla Guide. By confirming a booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

AlUla Guide reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable is the one in effect at the time of booking confirmation.


2. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified at the time of reservation.

AlUla Guide reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion.


3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Any applicable taxes, fees, or service charges will be communicated prior to confirmation.


4. Cancellations & Amendments

4.1 Transportation Services

Car Rental Bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 working hours prior to the pickup time for a full refund.

General Transportation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to service.

4.2 Experiences, Tours & Tickets
General Tours: Free cancellation up to 5 days prior to service.

Maraya Tour: Strictly non-refundable.

Concert Tickets: Performance and concert tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Cancellations or modifications made less than the stated time frame will be charged in full.

4.3 Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation: No cancellations or refunds are permitted for accommodation bookings.
No-shows will be charged in full.

4.4 Amendments to Services

All amendments are subject to availability and operator confirmation.

Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing and within the applicable timeframe. Late amendments, no-shows, or changes outside the permitted timelines may result in partial or full charges.

Certain experiences, special events, and peak-season services may be strictly non-refundable.

 4.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within fourteen (14) business days.


5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal and booking information.

Guests must adhere to local laws, customs, cultural norms, and safety instructions provided by guides or operators.

Participation in activities is voluntary and undertaken at the guest’s own discretion.


6. Operational Changes

AlUla Guide reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel services due to operational requirements, safety considerations, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Where possible, guests will be offered an alternative experience, rescheduling, or credit in line with the applicable policy.


7. Liability Limitation

AlUla Guide shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of its services, except where required by applicable law.

Guests acknowledge that certain activities involve inherent risks and agree to participate at their own responsibility.


8. Force Majeure

AlUla Guide shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, governmental actions, or unforeseen operational disruptions.


9. Official Booking Channels

All bookings must be processed exclusively through AlUla Guide’s official booking platforms:

No other email addresses, phone numbers, personal WhatsApp accounts, or informal channels are authorized to book under AlUla Guide’s name.

AlUla Guide shall not be responsible for any bookings, discounts, or confirmations arising from requests made through unauthorized channels.
